Keep it going Spike!
I've only seen 21 Grams, but I liked what you said?
I don't know what else to say!

I bless this blog and its intentions for I have not the willpower, drive, or time to emulate its herculean ambitions. Reading your 2001 entry reminded me of how insane that film truly is and just how impossible it would be to get a film like that made today. Although the only remotely similiar recent analogue I can think of just might probably be The Fountain, so disregard that.
I wish I could do something like this. I have at least 100-150 films in my DVD queue that I've bought and haven't even watched yet. I yearn to be able to actually sit down in front of a decent television with a decent speaker setup to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
Keep at it!

So I updated today with my take on Miike's Agitator.
I really really really need to to keep doing your ratings. So far there is a couple of films on there that I've wanted to read about but I yearn for the comedy ratings.

6/10 for a sloppy third act?
Harsh.

You used to love Akira, Spike. What gives!? In fact, chatting to you about it after seeing it at the Hyde Park pretty much cemented it in my favourites list.
Is Primer just another film like Pi? I don't trust any film with a mathematics sounding name anymore.

Primer is a hard science fiction film about Time Travel.
It's quite interesting, and most of the stuff is based around a modicum of science fact.
