Free Running

Sup....

I am MAD about FREE RUNNING and just wanted to see if anyone else was mad about it like i am....

I can't do any filps or that stuff......I'm more of the run, jump off things and climb type of free runner.....

How about you people????....What do you do and got any tips or storys to tell???....

Multi story car parks ftw! Vaulting & jumping out/off of them is quite fun.

Ya that is fun. I like to run then jump out/off something and hold on to the bit under it and climb down.....or up ^^ Nice to know you like it ^^

i like to balance across stuff and right now i'm making my balance better and i'm also learning how to walk on my hands.......the fun i'll have once i can walk across walls on my hands

What exactly is free running?

Just people running around and doing tricks off railings without a skateboard?

Well...free running is a bit like that.....i don't really know how to explan it but i guess its just running around useing jumps, climbing and other tricks to get to places....i think????

It strikes me as the kind of niche sport people who like being "in the niche" like. Once it becomes main stream enough those losers will grow bored and return to their Tim Burton fanzines.

It sounds like they're talking about that "parkour" stuff. Like in Ong Bak, Banlieu 13, etc.

Although a little less intense.

I find it to be something that could be fun to do, but I live out in a forest so it wouldn't do me much good to hop off an almost un-climbable 100 foot tall tree and break my legs.
