i think he means the reputation comments which appear when you put your cursor over the rep boxes.

there isn't a complete list before the forum died and the default list is still being used. a list was found (but it's a year old) but the comments haven't been updated yet and no one has suggested new comments but if you've recommendations, here is the year old list.

It's not quite the default list. I added several of the older ones I could remember along with some new ones, and adjusted all the point requirements accordingly.

For now, we have levels up to 340 points, so we won't be needing new ones for a long while yet. Feel free to use this thread for new suggestions, though.
