oh I love Final Fantasy 4 but on Hardtype the bosses can be a bitch..I am up to the giant of Babil and I have to beat up the Elements and when I get to Rubicant he just always kills me..Cecil is level 46..should I be higher ??
can you please help me so I get this out of the way and get past Kefka on Final Fantasy 6 so I can get Final Fantasy 5??

For the moogle charm, click behind mog on the wall when you get him in WOR. You'll get the moogle charm.
