The new Harry Potter Film. I thought they were all pretty shit except the last one and it will be interesting to see if this one is any good. I hear they keep changing the dierector orsomething like that.

So far, there are only about two to three movies that I am particulaly interested in. Those movies would be X-Men 3 and Silent Hill. I've always enjoyed the X-Men movies so I don't doubt that the third installment will be the same. Silent Hill looks to be interesting as it follows the game a bit. Plus it's a horror movie so I can't really go wrong there. As for the third one, I can't really think of it at the moment.

Silent Hill movie! I saw a preview for it when I was in the theater last weekend. It looks neat and stuff. I can't wait to see it! :D it looks promising, so we'll see. :]

I'm not sure if it counts, but Advent Children. ^^;
Otherwise, definitely Silent Hill.

Da Vinci Code is the only film getting my interest before it comes out. Want to see the differences between film and book.

Sorry to say, but if The Da Vinci Code is the sort of stuff to look forward to this year, than roll on 2007 - I'm hopeful that both X3 and Pirates of the Caribbean might be good, but fear they might end up losing something that their predecessors had (as for MI:3 - if it's anything like MI:2, time to start worrying). The trouble is I don't really know what films are coming this year aside from the obvious 'big' films like X3, PotC2, Superman Returns etc (and as usual, the roster seems crammed with sequels and remakes).

In the end I'm just hoping for something relatively low-key to emerge from the shadows and take me by surprise - Good Night, And Good Luck is out in the UK in a few weeks, looking forward to that anyway as a starting point.

Ultraviolet. Kurt Wimmer \m/ \m/

Equilibrium is one of the most underrated films.

I'm looking forward to Silent Hill (duh), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, The Pink Panther, X-Men 3, Poseidon, and Lady in the Water.

I might go see The Pink Panther tonight... or I might just stay home.

Sorry to tell you, but the most probable date for AC is around 2010.

Oh, that's just a silly internet rumor. Stores and magazines wouldn't already be advertizing it if that was the case.

Anywho, I'm not sure if both of these films will be out by this year, but if they are I'm looking forward to seeing "Flags of Our Fathers" and "Red Sun, Black Sand". Both are set in World War II and I've always been one to really enjoy war movies.

Other then that? M. Night Shyamalan's Lady in the Water, Hard Candy, and The Libertine.

Silent Hill is defintiely THE movie so far I want to see. I truly think this film might capture the true essence of the game, without losing it since it's becoming a film now.

X-Men 3 is also something i'd like to see, just because of where the story will go now, and seeing the Phoenix would be an awesome plus, since that's one of my fav. characters from the Comic.

M. Night is making another movie? Nifty. The last movie he did was alright, but I saw the ending coming miles away lmao.

Really you think so, I did like the first one. The second was iffy, I'm not looking forward that much to this installment but it's something to do on a quiet night with your mates rights!?

X-Men 3 and PotC 2. <3!

I want to read the book before I see the Da Vinci Code, though.. So I'm not excited about that, because I don't really want to read the book. :P! (Working at a bookstore, though, I figure I should).

The Da Vinci code; although, they could have picked a better leading actor for that movie.

X-Men 3, Da Vinci Code (haven't even read the book yet - got it in my room somewhere along with Angels and Demons, but I'm busy battling my way through the Star Wars 'expanded universe' novels), Silent Hill (don't like the games, but I love a good sick film), Mission Impossible 3 (assuming it's due this year), and..I think that's about it for this year really. I'm not really that interested in the Superman film - I'll go and see it, because..well, it's Superman. But I was never much of a Superman fan during my childhood, and that'll probably reflect my interest in the film, much the same as I wasn't all that blown away by the Fantastic Four.

I'm personally looking forward more to next year - the live action Transformers film (based on G1, no less) has got me salivating at the thought of it, I simply can't wait for that film to be released (due early summer next year I think), also looking forward to Spiderman 3 for next year.

Really? You think so? I think Tom Hanks will be great as Robert Langdon. Also Sir Ian McKellen was a good choice for Sir Leigh Teabing. Who would you have chosen as the lead?

ive seen hostel already its not scary, but if you like plot twists and slightly grusome eeewww bits thens its quite good. also a film called ultra violet stariing mila jovovich will be out this year, ive seen it and its a brilliant gun fu style film (a cross between equlibrium and aeon flux) same kinda storyline too and even though Aeon flux is crap this film is amazing so watch out for that :)

Pirates of the Carribbean 2 (preview before V for Vendetta looked REALLY good)
X-Men 3, just to see Jean Grey go nuts
Need for Speed: Toky... err... I mean Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift. Yes, I'll pay money for this, if only to watch rice rockets drift up parking structure ramps. I'm male. =D

X-Men 3 should be quite ace, but really, the only one I'm excited to watch is Silent Hill. It seems so orgasmic at this point. I know it won't disappoint.
