Final Fantasy I and II

Yea, laugh at me, I'm playing the first 2 games, but I have a good reason! I'm starting from the start and going through.

I'm stuck and I need help, so I'll ask my question.

In Final Fantasy I where is the Marsh Cave

and in Final Fantasy II where is Tobul, I can't find either of them.
