Very well I've finished the game and then there's a new game plus
so I've decided to start over again to get a 100% complete
However, I also noticed that the percentage is still the same from the previous one. That's why I wonder if I miss anything in this new game plus, will there be any effects at the end of the game?
Can I just complete missions that I miss out from the previous one so I could get additional percent, things like that?
I know it's a bit confusing but if you know what Im trying to say here
please help me ! and thanks very much for your help

ps. Also at the very end of Chapter5 after Rikku and Brother's arguement with Cid, should there be a scene betweent Yuna and Rikku at the deck ?
If there isnt, what should I do? Is it necessary to get a 100% complete ????

All that you have to do to unlock the secret endings is have a certain completion percentage at the end, so yes, you can just run through and do what you need to get the 100%. There are some events you need to trigger during the game (like speaking to Bahamut Fayth at the end, and maybe the whistle sequence), but you can get those from a strategy guide.

Also, it is possible to get more than 100% completion points, but you will never be credited for more than 100%. In other words, you don't have to see every scene to get 100%.

Technically you aren't getting more than 100% because replaying the same events isn't unlocking anything else. Just grab the parts of the game you didn't get to recover the missing percentage and you should be fine. I only played through it once, though, so I don't know anything specifically.

Also i would like to point out that, at some point during your saved game you have to give the sphere that you nicked from Kilika Temple to the youth league otherwise you cant do the Battle tournament mission in chapter 5 which is a bummer:(
