Is this the mission where you fight the fiends in Chapter 3?

am only on chapter 2 but it is were i have to find his friends (which is the blue butterfly's but i only have one more to find but i dont know were it is

Talk to Bayra in the spring, and hand him Tobli's letter.
Donga is on the shimmering path, Pukutak can be found on the far side of the spring.
