Apperance: Black cloak /w black combat boots. Baggy black jeans, and a black tanktop under the cloak. Blood Red wings, and has two Mako Green bladed swords going inbetween the wings in there sheths. Two silver moded colt 45's. One on eachside of the wast in holsters.

Bio:Was born June 26, 6666. Travels through time when needed. But is the owner of an orginazation called Mako Industrial. Is in control of half of the world in his time. But the other is controled by his evil cusin, Nazos Hizan. Ulteka travels back intime, and forward intime to challenge warriors of his streangth if not strounger. But does this to get stroung enough to destroy his evil cusin.
Ulteka is a Morbid Angle. But is not evil. He is Chaotic Nuetral. Meaning is evil minded, but in a good way. Also has the power to control minds of others. Has smastered the abilities of Fire, Lightning, and Darkness.
Also Ulteka has an Ultimate form. He can trasform into a massive beast with massive streanth. Knows every ability, and element at this form. As for his cusin.
