Bug (FFX-2 Encounter Rate)

i think this is a bug cause when ever i take a step i going to battle someone help me!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you don't have an item like the Lure Bracer equiped to any team member. It will increase your strength which would explain why you would be wearing it, but the lure bracer will increase encounter rates so remove them.
