Rey wants to bring it back once some new version is released, I believe. I don't think many people are that bothered about it, though.

the new version of RPG Inferno is going to be very different to the previous version however it will not be out for several months (or more) so i wouldn't expect it.

if installed now, the current version would eventually be completely reset so everything a person does will be removed.

you don't need to pay for it. there is a Lite version which is missing features but lets people still use Inferno but paying for it means you'll always be able to use the best, most updated version

Not many people took Inferno seriously, so I don't think a full, paid version is really necessary.

A game where some people stayed at level 1. Whored the heck out of a triad sub game to get equipment and stat bonuses, and then beat the shit out of the people who had been leveling for days.

I think I read somewhere on the net it will be released within 2 months or so, as also someone said on this thread. They still need to code it to the newer version of vB.

the newer version has been delayed for an extra month because Zero Tolerance hasn't been able to work on it and could still be delayed for another month. after that, any time is still an estimate.

Heh, I like the RPG Inferno, I haven't played on it since I found out the new version wipes out all that you did on the lower versions. I do hope to see it on here. :D

RPG Inferno was actually really fun in my view , but for the time period we had it people were just joining the forum for it , and the forums (like the RP Section) went inactive for a long time because people were just using the inferno. That would not exactly be the best thing !

RPG Inferno will most likely come back since Rey went through the trouble of paying for it already. Ask about it again in a couple months if we still don't have it. ;)
