[OOC: Heck, new forum, new story. Why not start over ? This could go in a different direction. Plus, I don't even remember the first two anyways.]

Two Empires Divided,
One bearing light, the other bearing Darkness,
to rise over to the Heavens,
And conquer all the lands.

The world lies shrouded in darkness,
But the people firmly belive,
A prophecy to proclaim,

'Time and time again,
when the Earth rages,
and the Wars wages,
Heroes from both light and dark,
will stand again.'

In the world of Corella the people are at unease. As the Army of Darke-Van grows, the Riders of Van send fear over all the lands. Corruption, power, and anger flow through as easily as the thin air. The tyrant King Valstar has harnessed the dark power and in his ever growing kingdom of Darke-Van he creates the darkest weapon ever : one to destroy the continent of Alianna and raise his dark kingdom over the destruction so that he becomes the master of his own world ..

Creatures, never seen before, have appeared out of his dark craters and now roam across the lands. Cities have turned one way or the other : to resist Valstar and face destruction, or side with him and become powerful...The world is in a state of mass tension. The elves and the dwarves have abandoned the humans to do their own affairs, and now only the famed Heroes of both Light and Dark may save the world.

Surrounded by dense forest, the quiet village of Elidor lays at peace. The air is peaceful, the rivers flow softly, the people do their early business, the children play in the streets. Life was normal for Raven Svalgraad and his family.

But life isn't the same anymore. When the ancient rings or power were stolen from Elidor, the townsfolk sensed the newfound danger. Then one of the Riders of Van entered the village and almost destroyed Elidor if Raven didn't slay the rider. Without these rings of power, the people have no hope to fight against this oncoming darkness. Raven, a young boy with ambitious dreams, finds clues all over Elidor that leave hints on where the rings may be. This note fell out of the robe of the Dark Rider that Raven slew :

Deep in the Forest of something of old,
Let your senses guide you wisely,
for one wrong step will lead you blindly,
into something terrible and bold ..

The rest is unreadable, and now Raven finds himself about to embark on a quest that will either destroy him, or save the world. Aided by his companions, he will have to face the toughest trials ever imagined.

.:Rise of the Rajidae:.

Since the elves and the dwarves have abandoned the humans and left them to end this crisis for themselves, the Gods have sent down spirits in which to aid them in their battle. The Rajidae, or summon spirits in their elemental state, are the help that is provided. Summoned from sacred gemstones, these are ony able to be summoned by summoners or mages and wield extensive power. However, the summoner/mage cannot see his own Rajidae.

Class: Swordsman (Swordsman, Mage, Summoner, Archer, ninja, or whatever you can think of)

Personality: An easy-going type of person, Raven feels that compassion is always the way to go. When in dangerous situations, he is a quick thinker who will always think of his companions and never likes to be at a disadvantage and always has a backup plan in store.

Appearance : Raven wears simple clothes, including undergarments and light armor placed over it for agility and some protection against sword blows. He wears brown boots and has a belt that he wears around his waist. He has a sheath for his sword and a pouch for carrying useful items, and a smaller sheath for his dagger. He wears a quiver on his back for arrows and has a small bow strapped to it.

Weapons: Raven is a swordsman who was also trained to be a light archer. He can use all types of swords, some axes, all types of daggers, and small bows. (excluding cursed weapons, which Dark heroes can use)

Special Skills: Raven can use some specific swordsman skills to aid him in combat. He also has some small archer skills.
Critical Hit: Prepares mentally and then strikes an extremely tough blow on an opponent. Delays at first.
True Shot: Takes aim and fires, never missing the opponent. Delays at first.
Jump-slash: Jumps in the air and spirals down onto an opponent. Has a decent hit rate.
Rapid Fire: Shoots many arrows at rapid speeds. Has a decent miss rate.

History: Raven was just a boy who grew up in Elidor. Secluded from the world, he never knew about the great dangers of Darke-Van or the Riders of Van or the corruption in which the rest of the world faced. Interested in the prophecy, Raven feels that it is his duty to embark on this quest and to save the world from utter destruction.

HistoryAshely Ishikaru of the Ishikaru family, the Ishikaru family being rulers of the kingdom of Elves is important to Ashley, but Ashley does not like the popularity that goes with it.
Ashleys bloodline is filled with Summoners, usually its the women of the bloodline that become Summoners but occasionally the men do too.
Ashley would do anything to keep her homeland and the world safe.

Person:Quite shy, Alastor likes to fight or travel from behind, he hates the spotlight. He looks like a boring person, but he can be very reliable and amiable around close friends. He is cautious and never rash, he always thinks about the goal ahead.
Clothes:Alastor is tall, and skinny, and not very bulky, since he draws from the powers of the elements, rather than using his own body. He wears a light cotton shirt, for warmth, and a light layer of mail, for protection. H wears a flowing brown robe for battle, it has a hood, and a slight magical shield around it, protecting Alastor from some magical and physical attacks. There is a pouch on the inside, and a belt on the outside, for carrying things.
Weapons:Alastor is a mage, and therefore does not use heavy weapons. He can use nearly any organic item for magic, so often times he will pick up a stave off the trail to use. He does have a special stave he uses called "Heyiima", and it is more powerful than any staff that Alastor can find. It is made of metal and wood, and is infused with enchantments. When the time calls for it, Alastor will also use a small hand axe hidden within the folds of his robe.
Special Skills:Alastor's spells-
*Earth Break: Manipulation of sand, stone, etc.
*Nature Frenzy: Control over living vegetation.
Aqua Power: The control over water, must have a source nearby to use.
*Fire Magic: The instantaneous combustion of fire. Quickly drains user.
Oxy Gust: The stop and go control over a living organism's oxygen source, only usable with the sacred Rajidae of the diamond "Venaax"

Background:Alastor was a son to a human mage, and an elven mother. He was born in the small kingdom of elves, but his mother was banished for marrying a human male. Alastor's father was killed by the elves, and his mother and he traveled south to the quiet city Comdore where he grew up, until his mother was captured, and assumed dead when a Rider Of Van and his creatures captured her. Alastor is now frantically travelling throughout the land, to somehow take revenge on the Dark King, and perhaps find his mother...

Class: Marksman [specializing in long range weapons, his favorite would be his twin daggers which are connected at the ends by a chain]

Personality: Roy is very serious for his age. Business is business and nothing more. For 2 years he was part of the Dark Army, but recently has been A.W.A.L. Upon leave he acquired the carefree, hyperactive attitude most teenagers have, but it was soon diluted when he knew what he had to do. Help stop the Dark Lord by any means necessary.

Appearance: Roy wears a long black flowing cloak, upon contacct with light his cloak appears different colors. His cloak not only conceals his attire and look aswell as his weapons.

Weapons: Roy is a master marksman aswell as having minor skills as a Dark Knight[from his army experience]. He uses his twin pistols [Azure-Ai and Azure-Rui] aswell as his twin dagger chain weapon [Takyuimorai], he has a large broad sword which rests on his back which is wrapped in cloth[Hades Blade; standard weapon for generals in the Dark Army]

Special Skills: Roy specializes in Marksman skills aswell as Dark Knight[cursed] skills.
Cursed Skills:
Cursed Dragon - Drawing his Hades Blade the blade sets a flame. The black flame exuding from his sword soon takes over his body, extending his arm Roy fires this blast in the form of a Dragon at his opponent.
Shadow Cursed Mist - His shadow rises from the ground gliding over to the opponent exploding in his face releasing a posionous mist.
Marksman Skills:
Sniper - Using his twin pistols or Takyuimorai he can pierce the opponent no matter the distance.
Omnitrix - A half cursed half marksman skill where he causes the blades of his Takyuimorai to light and rapidly throws them at his opponent.

History: Roy was a General in the army, he was sent there for his skills[his parents relinquished their hold on him, they wanted power and would do anything to get it.] As he slowly increased in the ranks he learned of the corruption and began to hate his kingdom. He fled into the forest where he met an old hermit, who was also a master marksman. Learning skills from this man he could combine his former dark knight skills with his marksman skills. The man entrusted him with his twin pistols and sent him on his way. Before he left the man had one last wish of Roy, "Azure-Ai and Azure-Rui are only to be used to defeat evil, you will be one to help stop the Dark Army, but you may have to denounce your dark knight status to do so. Roy no travels to find away to use the guns without them using his spirit and to stop the dark army.

Name: Mithra Eldengrad

Class: Assassin

Personality: Mithra is very quiet and contemplative. He always inspects his situation before going anywhere. Despite his silence, Mithra makes friends very easily. For some reason, people tend to find ways to introduce themselves to him, and Mithra never objects. He's a friendly person, but was brought up on the other side, so that is where his faith lies.

Appearance :
Mithra stands at an average height of roughly 5'10" and has a slim but athletic build. His body is very well toned, and his muscles are very apparent. Brown hair remains constantly mangled on Mithra's head due to his constant moving and is ever dirty.

Having to always be quick on his feet, Mithra wears very loose clothes. For leggings, he has sewn brown cloth together to make pants, which he ties at the waste and the ankles with small pieces of rope. On his torso he wears a loose red vest which cuts off just above his belly button. He leaves it open for freer movement. He wears no shoes, but has several accessories. Around his wrists are two bands, and along with his rope-belt, he wears a harness for his two daggers. Around Mithra's neck is a pendant with his family's crest on it.

Weapons: Mithra owns a pair of daggers which he keeps hilted at his waist. Neither of them are any special, but Mithra keeps them razor sharp.

Special Skills: The only skills Mithra has worth taking note of is that he extremely nimble on his feet. Mithra is very fast and very swift, and not easy to make contact with. Stealth is his specialty, and he does it very well.

History: Mithra was born into this world without ever knowing his true parents. He was left on the doorstep of a servant of the king in Darke-van, and was kept a secret for as long as possible. As Mithra grew, he began to learn of the world and the state it was in.

Laura, Mithra's mother, was a very loving servant, and followed her king's orders respectfully and dutifully. She always taught Mithra that he was the best king there could be, and that he gave her a chance to live instead of dying out on the streets from starvation. The king was worshipped in Mithra's household.

Being a servant, Laura never made much money. Though she did so painfully, she encouraged Mithra to go out and steal food from the market. Mithra had become so good at it that he had never been caught, up until the day the royal guard happened to be right behind him.

When they finally caught him, he was 15. He had been trying to steal a watermelon from a roadside cart when he felt a hand grab him from behind. The guard dragged him to the palace, where he was thrown in front of the king.

He was told that he had been watched for some time, and that they knew how quick he was on his feet and how he was never caught. The king promised not to punish him as long as he agreed to work for the palace.

Mithra spent the rest of his life in the palace, doing chores for the king, when one day he came into a disagreement with another servant. He snuck up on them and killed them, and was once again caught by the royal guard. He was brought back to the king, but instead of being punished, he was made an assassin.

Aikido- Modern martial art that uses a system of holds, throws, and locks as its principal movements. Aikido advocates self-defense, placing emphasis on nerve points that, when pressed, can bring down an adversary without risk of maiming or killing.
Tae Kwon Do- Martial art, known for its dramatic flying and spinning kicks.
Special Skills:
Red Fireball: Channels chi towards fist and creates a low temperature ball of fire in his hand.
Blue Fireball: Channels chi towards fist and creates a high temperature ball of fire in his hand
Green Fireball: Channels chi towards fist creating an extremely high temperature ball of fire in his hand.
Enhanced strength: Due to intense physical training Arkhos is stronger than the rest of his race.
Enhanced speed: Being an elf he is faster than most humans and due too Training faster than most Elves.
History: Arkhos, like his father and his father before him, was born into a seat of power. And like his forefathers he saw this job as an unnecessary necessity, unlike his forefathers, they never had to go to war.

"Having such little faith in our superior race, you should be ashamed Arkhos." Said the councilor sneering. Arkhos shot out of his seat and pointed his smaller katana at the councilors neck "Too say such things in front of our guest (points at the silent human ambassador) I should cut out your..."
"Arkhos sheathe your weapon.” The king stood up and put his hand on Arkhos shoulder "Yes sire." Arkhos reluctantly sheathed his weapon and took his seat.
"I'm sorry ambassador Aldo but I must decline to help your people, we can not launch a pre-emptive strike on Darke-van for now we must..."
"But I can." Arkhos stood "I will be taking all the soldiers loyal to me, the ones I have personally trained, and will fight along side the humans as equals (shoots a dirty look at the councilor)." Arkhos Walked towards the ambassador and shook his hand
"And how do you expect to leave here alive." sneered the councilor." Arkhos turned around "The men I have trained aren’t the only ones loyal to me, there are our people and during such a volatile time I'm willing to bet that a revolt could and probably will happen. "Arkhos said still looking at the councilor angrily
"Such little faith shown towards your king where’s your sense of duty.” Questioned the councilor "My duty, Councilor, Is to protect my people, And I will do anything in my power to make sure my task is achieved.”
Arkhos stepped out of the chamber doors alongside the human Ambassador. "Sire are you jus..." "Let him go he and his men will die if they survive they will be exiled.” The king said with a disappointed look on his face "Sir I advise that you do not let your nephew go it mig.....” "My decision is final councilor."

Name: Seth Xoren
Age: 21
Status: Hero
Class: Knight

Personality: A very serious individual whom is well aware of his responsibilities to his country and allies. Always calm and analytical, he often gives advice to those he cares for. Never is he reckless because a moment of folly could break one in a single second. Despite his restrained personality, he is not at all cold or unfriendly.

Appearance: Seth is clothed in pale blue armor and undergarments beneath the plates of metal protection. This gives him more than sufficient defense against physical blows. Despite the heavy and clunky appearance of the armor, it is made of a rare metal which boasts impenetrable defenses yet feather-like weight. A black belt spans the circumference of his waist. Tucked into the belt is his sheathed broadsword and a pouch which holds his precious trinkets and items. Black boots adorn his feet.

Weapons: Being a knight, Seth is able to wield any melee weapon with ease, be it sword, axe, club or any other weapon that he fancies. He is also ambidextrous and combined with those muscular arms, is able to wield two weapons at any one time.

Special Skills: Seth's knighthood training has given him several useful skills for use in battle.
Deathblow: Gathers immense strength and power before striking with his weapon, dealing three times his normal damage. Has a significant miss rate though.
Vengeance Of The Earth: Plunges weapon into ground, causing pillars of stone to burst forth from the earth. Extremely damaging for one standing right above the targeted area.
Rain Of Rocks: Picks a rock from the ground, hurls it into the air upon which it multiplies rapidly before falling back down onto the earth.
Glowing Arc: Swings his sword in the shape of an arc, leaving a trail of glowing energy behind the tip of his weapon. Upon his command, the arc rushes forth towards the target. Truly lethal when he conjures several more arcs before releasing them.
X Slash: Leaps into the air and comes propelling down towards the target with weapons positioned in an X shape.

History: Seth was a wandering knight who journeyed across the whole continent of Aliana. Much of his combat skills he learnt from those whom he met on his aimless journey. Or rather, he observed their skills and improved on them, making them his own. However, the roads and paths of Aliana isn't much safe anymore. The army of Darke-Van has been securing every road, every path and although Seth feels that he doesn't belong in this place, he cannot stand seeing injustice being committed around every corner. Thus he begins his mission. To eradicate the evil once and for all.

Class: Berserker

Personality: Stephanie Rie was once fueled off hatred, but now she has calmed down a bit. She works to the point of ruthless effeciency with little thought about her actions. She doesn't go out her way making enemies, but she can be quite arrogant and disapproving.

Appearance: Stephanie Rie sports extremely long black hair that goes just past the waist. If it wasn't for the habitual frown on her face, she would be quite attractive. She dresses herself simply, without much regard for her appearance. She only notes that her clothing gives her freedom of movement when fighting.

Weapons: Thviti - A massive bastard sword (similar to the one that Cloud uses in FFVII) that Stephanie wields with comfort. Despite its obvious size and weight, Stephanie can wield it as if it was a light sword, so Stephanie does not sacrifice any speed, and often adopts the "aggressive back" stance (where the sword is held right beside the head, much like Sephiroth in Advent Children). Thviti also has several special functions of its own.

*Note: Thviti was a stone used as a fastening pin to bind Fenrir deep within the earth in Norse mythology.

Special Skills:
Rage - Stephanie channels hate through her body, thus increasing her strength and speed as the hate flows steadly through her. While this obviously increases strength and speed, reckless use of it often exposes weak spots when mistakes occur.
Gjoll - In this move, Stephanie releases sudden hate throughout her body with the Thviti as a conduit, thereby creating a powerful shockwave that has an effective range of ten feet, and can prove fatal within three feet. While this move does not sacrifice her fighting ability, it does need a long recharge time. *Note: Gjoll is the rock to which Fenrir is bound beneath the earth, and is also called "scream".
Gleipnir: When calm, Stephanie can use the move Gleipnir, in which she moves around the enemy in a circle at impossible speeds, thus creating after-images of herself, and produces the illusion that there is more than one of her. She then strikes at various angles nearly instantenously. *Note: Gleipnir is the chain used to bind Fenrir; it roughly translates to "deceiver" or "binder".

History: Stephanie Rie was accidentally picked up by a travelling merchant when she was only seven. With absolutely no recollection of her past or her family, Stephanie, for some reason, harbored a hate against something even she could not comprehend. However, her existence is fueled off hatred. Ten years later, she has finally calmed herself down and doesn't seem to always be on the trigger, but she is still somewhat arrogant and disapproving. Stephanie prefers to keep herself closed. Her past is still a mystery.

Name, age, status, class, all fine.

Personality: Please add a little bit more to the personality. Ideally, have about a paragraph describing him. It's tough to really get an idea of a person just from four words.

Appearance: You're gonna need to add a lot more to this. Do your best to really give a head to toe description of him. You don't need to go so in-depth so as to define all of his bodily features. Just please do everyone a favor and really describe what he's wearing from his head to his toes, any jewelery, footwear, leggings, shirt, anything.

Weapons and special skills are good.

As for the background, please make something. It's very hard to do anything with a character whose background is "unknown." Especially for the person controlling the character. Just tell us who he is, where he's been, where he's going, and what he wants out of life. Try to write a couple of paragraphs.

And PLEASE, I can not stress this enough, please use correct spelling and grammar. It's so hard to follow an RP when people don't use proper grammar.

Sora, it's better, but it still needs a lot of work. You can't just say "his clothes look like Cloud's." What if none of us had ever played FF7? You need to describe what they look like in full detail. You need to give more descriptions, this wouldn't really suffice had the RP forum been as active as it once was. You really need to work on details.

As for the background, what orphanage? Where is it located? What was his life like at the orphanage? Is that why he is the way he is? What was the place like? Why did he decide to go find out who he is?

\You really need to include details. Your descriptions are very bare boned, and hardly suffice as a "character biography." If you want to, go http://forums.ffinsider.net/showthread.php?t=5 there for a good example on it.

ok the Dark Riders are servants of the Dark Lord seeking to carry out a mission. They stole the seven rings from Elidor and the Rajidae stones are scattered all over the world. I can post a complete list of rajidaes, but there is only 1 stone for each.

[Weapon (1):] White Storm – A long bladed Samurai sword, made of the strongest metal known able to slice through anything.

Yuri used to be a General of an Army, he got amnesia and forgot everything about his past, though he has nightmares about himself killing innocent people with his weapons, he moved to the mountains and was taught the ways of the Samurai hoping it would help him lead to peaceful nights, he does not fight unless forced to, he would much rather just walk away from a battle, he will fight if forced or angry. He remembers very little about his parents due to the amnesia, he does however have little recollection of his father who was a great Martial Arts expert and his mother who was very kind. He believes that is where this calm side truly comes from, he is a reliable friend to have and will protect all his friends with his life and should he die he would not regret it.

Full Moon Heal – He uses the moon to help heal his friends.
Flaming Slash – Using his gloves to create a spark of fire, he uses his blade to slash to the flame to create a fire aura around his blade.

History:
Blaavi grew up in a small village near Sance Minor. The whole village was working like a slave factory for an evil Doctor, who was a good friend of King Valstar. At an age of 8 Blaavi watched his entire family getting slaughtered after that they tried to make an resistance force against the Doctor. He then escaped to the Hills Of Sance, there he was trained by some unknown how to kill and protect himself. At a age of only 13 he returned to the village and was approached by a little troop of Dark Riders, by everyones surprise he slaughtered them all and he didn’t stop their, but by killing all the innocent people in the village. The Doctor managed to escape and told Valstar what happened. After a few days Blaavi was found by some Dark Riders who left him alone in the Hills Of Sance to die by King Valstar`s orders. Without the knowledge that Blaavi was well known in Hills Of Sance, Blaavi have trained hard in over 10 years for only one quest: To take revenge over Valstar and his army. And he feels like now is the time to leave the Hills Of Sance and search for allies to fight them, no matter if his companions are evil or good.
