Final Fantasy XII will definately be a best seller. This could be attributed to it's long development/wait. Also how Square is practically selling it off to the public anyway they can. My local Gamestop is already no longer taking any preorders for the game.

I'd be surprised if the game hasn't already went platinum with all the pre-orders, but there is no doubt the game will go platinum. I could see it happening within a month, maybe two because GTA:VCS is coming out around the same time so people may be torn.
