In the forest (don't remember name) there are tigers/cats you can battle. Seems like the max chain before they stop reappearing is around 35. They drop fur pelts or something (sometimes 2 per drop and even 3!). I got 175+ yesterday at 500gil a pop so I made a cool 100,000 gil :D
They also are worth 200exp and dont have alot of HP. My characters are at lv.23
